You will love this Classic Italian–American style meatballs and pasta dinner! It’s super easy to make at home and takes almost no time to prepare. They are juicy, soft and full of flavor! Bon appétit!

A while back we went to this fancy-schmancy Italian joint at Epcot, Tutto Italia Ristorante!
Beautiful restaurant, but like everything at Epcot – pricey place!
The dinner was good, not anything extraordinary, but tasty.
My Hubby ordered this classic Italian Meatballs pasta dish and the size of the meatballs killed me.
For $$ you get 6 quarter size balls. No Way! Not for a grown human being, and a Man in this case.
So I’ve decided to make these at home and make them ADULT size!
HOW TO MAKE ITALIAN MEATBALLS
In a large bowl mix the ingredients for the meatballs: eggs, Italian style breadcrumbs, milk, parmesan cheese, olive oil, and spices. Mix and then add ground beef.
Note: if you like Fluffier meatballs just add more Italian style breadcrumbs, milk and parmesan cheese.
I prefer to bake meatballs, it saves on time and they keep the round shape better.

Best meatballs I’ve ever made, I’m making them again for the second time, big big FAVORITE. FREDDY
I’m so happy to read your wonderful comment, Freddy! Thank you, and enjoy!
Just pulled mine from the oven, I used my #2 Cookie scoop for uniformity, medium, not a large meatball. Made 40. Baked in 20 mins, beautiful golden brown. I sampled one, very flavorful, held together well. Easy clean up. I stopped at that stage as I am going to freeze them. Freeze first on cookie sheet, then I put four to a bag for husband and I. Thank you for such a easy and tasty meatball.
So happy to read your very detailed feedback! Thank you for taking the time. Enjoy, Nancy! 🙂

Oh, WOW, thank you so much, Amy! You have made my day! So happy that you liked this recipe!
This recipe sounds delicious and looking forward to making it. If I make them ahead of time how would you reheat them?
Thank you, Diane! Meatballs are super easy to reheat in the microwave or oven or skillet, it’s up to you! The Meatballs taste even better the next day since they absorb the tomato sauce. Enjoy!
Comment *I’m making this for dinner tonight and I’m
Curious about the olive oil???
I’ve never seen it in a meatball recipe
Enjoy your dinner! Olive oil just adds extra flavor and moisture!
I have been making these meatballs for a while now. It makes more than my husband and I need, so I freeze the extra ones. They are the best meatballs I have ever made.
Cathie, I’m so happy that you like these meatballs! That’s a good idea to freeze the extra! Appreciate your feedback!
Wow! Loved these meatballs. Went so well with pasta sauce I made. I baked them then added to sauce and simmered all afternoon. Oh and added dried onion to the mix beforehand. Yum!
