Never in our life have we ever had shrimp this size! WOW!

They are literally the size of little Lobsters and are Very Meaty!

But, I couldn’t get a good picture to show their true size.  We bought 2 pounds and got just 10 shrimp, so you know they are HUGE!

This one of our Favorite meals since it literally takes about 20 minutes to have this very FANCY dinner at home!

You can make Zoodles (zucchini noodles) instead of pasta or rice for a Healthier option.

I didn’t peel them this time since I was Lazy and shrimp look Beautiful unpeeled! I do suggest to peel them first if you have the time and the  patience!

You can roast veggies at the same time as the shrimp on the second shelf in your oven.

Veggies need to be roasted longer about 20 at 400F.

The colossal garlic shrimp was a hit with my husband. We served it with cheesy rice and a side of broccoli.
Next time I may add a bit of red pepper flakes for a bit of bite. Thanks.
