Chocolate Banana Muffins

These Chocolate Banana Muffins are so Moist and Full of flavor!

I have looked at dozens of recipes and most had too much sugar for my liking.

There is absolutely no need for a lot of sugar to make these muffins Delicious.

The bananas and the chocolate chips are enough, but, I did add just Half a cup of sugar. Which turned out Perfect!

How to Bake Chocolate Banana Muffins

Chocolate Banana Muffins baked

Prepare Two bowls, one for dry ingredients and one for wet.
In one bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa.
In another bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, oil, milk or yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in bananas and the chocolate chips.
I used my Favorite Reynolds StayBrite baking cups, they come out so easy, you can Even Reuse them! Bake Beautifully! Just place the baking cups inside the muffin pan. Divide batter among prepared muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated 350F oven for 20 – 25 min.
