Tiramisu is one of the best tasting cakes I have ever had and made! I was stunned at how super easy it was to make this authentic-tasting cake at home! The RICH & CREAMY flavor mixed with the Coffee-soaked ladyfingers leaves you wanting more!

I’ve made several and given some away to friends who loved them just as much!
Recently, someone used my Tiramisu recipe and I remembered that I should give this Amazing Cake as a proper podium, instead of being buried somewhere on my Pinterest!
I have brought this Delicious Tiramisu cake to many potlucks dinners in the past!
Especially for the holidays, you can add beautiful snowflakes with white melted chocolate on top.
In addition, I’ve decided to rewrite the recipe, since I’m getting better at writing recipes now, well… at least I think I Do! LOL The natural inclination is to write: “you take this thingy and put it into this thingy and just mix together, ok?” 🙂
This recipe is So Easy and the results are just amazing! MUCH better tasting than the one we recently ordered at the Olive Garden, they put way too much sugar.
When you make your own – you have full control of what goes into your recipe. You can add less or more sugar, more or less coffee, and liqueur. You can add fruit and nuts, it’s all up to your imagination. Decorate as you like!
How to make Easy Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 4 Egg yolks
- 3/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) Mascarpone cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups Brewed coffee (Used Instant coffee instead of Brewed coffee for the faster process)
- 1/2 Cup Coffee liqueur
- 1 pkg. “Lady Fingers” cookies (or more, depending on the size you are making, buy 2 pkgs since you will want to eat some. They must be hard in consistency, like a Biscotti.)
- 1 Cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Cocoa powder
- Chocolate and Fruit for decoration
- crushed hazelnuts (optional)
I love making Tiramisu because it’s so easy, you don’t even have to bake it. And it serves a big crowd, so it’s perfect for parties and potlucks.
CAN I MAKE THE TIRAMISU AHEAD OF TIME?
That’s the beauty of this cake. You can easily make tiramisu up to 2 days before you will need it.
Another great idea is to use the very same ingredients and serve tiramisu in glasses or shooters!
IMPORTANT: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP TIRAMISU IN THE REFRIGERATOR?
Personally, I have kept tiramisu for up to a week. The flavors actually get better after 2 days.
Valentine’s Tiramisu
And yet another creation made with LOTS of Love!
My Hubby was the lucky recipient of this Delicious Valentine’s Tiramisu on this Gorgeous Florida day, modeling for my Sexy pictures!
As a photographer, I love my Husband’s hands and how they gently care and hold this cake, this is how he cares for me daily – with kindness, sweetness and so much love!
And a little photoshoot for this creation.
Happy Valentine’s Everyone!
Enjoy creating your Masterpiece!
