Serves: large pie
  • ¾ Cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
  • 1½ tsp. active dry yeast
  • 2 Cups all purpose flour, plus more for kneading
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  1. Pour water in a small glass bowl. You can use warmed water or I use RO (Reverse osmosis) purified water and warm it in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  2. Stir in yeast and lets stand for few minutes to dissolve.
  3. In a large bowl, add: flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, olive oil and prepared yeast mix. Stir to combine.
  4. Flour your work space and knead the dough for one minute, it will be sticky.
  5. Place dough back in the bowl and cover with a warm kitchen towel. Let sit for 20 to 30 minutes while you prepare the toppings.
  6. Bake in the Preheated at 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly and cheese melted.
