Sausage/Brats Fajitas

  • Kirkland Signature Brats
  • Sliced onion
  • Sliced bell peppers
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Fajita seasoning
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Pico de Gallo:
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Chives
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh minced Basil
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Guacamole:
  • 2 ripe Avocados
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • ½ Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • sliced red onion
  • diced parsley (or cilantro)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour Tortillas
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice the bell peppers and onion into ¼-inch strips and place them on a large baking sheet.
  3. Add the thawed bratwurst links to the baking sheet.
  4. Season everything with garlic powder, paprika, and Fajita seasoning.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
  6. Flip brats to the other side and stir the veggies.
  7. Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for another 20-25 minutes, or until the brats, peppers, and onions have browned.
  8. Mix the ingredients for the Pico de gallo to let the tomatoes marinate while you prepare Fajitas.
  9. For Guacamole, slice avocados and scoop out of the shell with a spoon.
  10. Add lemon juice immediately to prevent browning.
  11. Use a fork and mash to desired consistency.
  12. Add garlic powder, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
