Believe it or not, but this was my first Duck Encounter! I’ve obviously had duck many times, but have never cooked it. Since I have made chicken and turkey numerous times, I was up to the challenge!

Hubby said that the sauce was a KILLER and to make sure I remember how to recreate this again. LOL Yes, this is how it all started for me. 

I’m constantly trying to revamp the beloved recipes and finding a Healthier replacements. This one worked out so well and Absolutely Delicious! You can use this sauce with seafood recipes, as I have done, or any other meat.
