Lamb Leg Roast Steaks are super easy to make as you can see in the video. They make a wonderful meal paired with mashed potatoes.
I’ve decided since it’s a pretty large piece of meat: “Why not make both?”.
I’ve marinated half of lamb roast and sliced the rest into steaks that I’ve seared on cast iron skillet!
MARINATE THE ROAST
- Olive Oil
- McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning
- Garlic Cloves
- Lemon juice
- Oregano
It turned out as delicious as I figured it would.
The Mashed potatoes from Costco saved me one more step in creating a relatively quick and easy meal for my crew!
