“LIFE IS WHAT YOU BAKE IT” – Absolutely agree and loved this message so much that I had to buy this Sillicone spatula! Have made this Valentine’s Pizza the other day and wanted to post it , but decided to make a short clip with music and couple of other examples I have made. Hope you will Enjoy it!
I usually buy the dough from Publix, but have used the following recipe with Great success!

Serves: large pie
Ingredients
- ¾ Cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
- 1½ tsp. active dry yeast
- 2 Cups all purpose flour, plus more for kneading
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 1 Tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Pour water in a small glass bowl. You can use warmed water or I use RO (Reverse osmosis) purified water and warm it in the microwave for 10 seconds.
- Stir in yeast and lets stand for few minutes to dissolve.
- In a large bowl, add: flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, olive oil and prepared yeast mix. Stir to combine.
- Flour your work space and knead the dough for one minute, it will be sticky.
- Place dough back in the bowl and cover with a warm kitchen towel. Let sit for 20 to 30 minutes while you prepare the toppings.
- Bake in the Preheated at 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly and cheese melted.
And also if i use a pizza baking stone, what would be the baking time?
Should be the same, just preheat the stone.
Hi Anna, I am so glad i found your blog. I have a question – can i make a dough in the breadmaking machine? Thank you:)
Hi Jessica, so glad you found my blog! Unfortunately I can’t answer this question since I don’t own a breadmaking machine. I was planning on buying one but never got around to it. This dough is pretty easy to make without any machines. Good luck!
